Founder & Principal
Parvinder Kaur Sandhu has over 14 years of experience in legal practice, with a primary focus on civil litigation and dispute resolution.
She has acted in matters at all stages of litigation and across all levels of the Malaysian courts, including the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court, as well as before various tribunals and regulatory bodies.
Her experience includes disputes involving family and matrimonial matters, estate and probate issues, tortious claims including defamation and insurance disputes, insolvency matters, and corporate and civil litigation.
She adopts a practical and structured approach to legal work, working closely with clients to navigate complex issues and develop effective strategies.
She was admitted to partnership early in her career and has held senior roles in established firms prior to founding the practice.
